I hope that everyone is having a great start to their Spring! The training season is now in full swing and hope that everyone is dedicating a few days a week to better their playing abilities. Starting next week (5/8) we will be posting a weekly challenge to assist in your off-season training. The challenges will include body weight training exercises, shooting a specific amount of pucks and stickhandling drills. We will post a new challenge every week and create a poll to see how many players do the challenge every week! This will also be a good way to help your teammates so make sure you show this to your teammates to help them out as well.
