The off-season is upon us and now is the time to work harder than you ever have before.  Last season is yesterday's newspaper and now it's time to focus on the present and future.  To become successful at something you must put in the work.  If you want to become a better hockey player, the top priorities of your off-season should include: exercising, shooting pucks, stick handling and working on skating.  Set a few goals for things you would like to accomplish hockey wise for next season.  Remember that the fundamentals never go away no matter what level you play at.  With that being said if you don't have a good foundation of the basic fundamentals, work on it.  If you do, work your way up to more intermediate and advanced skills/techniques.  If you need any suggestions or help on where you are as a player or need help on what to do please send me an email (nick@hockeyfactor.com) and I will guide you in the right direction!

We also have some big news coming out!  Soon to be announced!
