Our 6 page stationary bike program is specifically designed to help improve your performance on the ice for players 12+ .
- 10 programs range from 12 minutes to 39 minutes in length
- Increase stamina and muscle endurance
- Specific RPM's are shown for players at Peewee, Bantam, High School, Junior and College levels
Resistance levels are set according to “Life Fitness”, “Precor”, "ProForm" and “Keiser” stationary bikes. If you have any questions related to other brands, please contact us. We will be happy to get you the correct resistance levels for the specific brand.
